“ I visited this restaurant on a trip to Kanazawa this summer. I was looking for Noto beef and found this one, and it seems to be quite famous. You can make reservations on their website or by phone. There is a fairly large free parking lot. The restaurant is also spacious, with the atmosphere of a hotel restaurant. The menu is quite extensive, ranging from main dishes like steak and hamburger to sides like Noto beef sashimi. The main dish of hamburger and croquette was, of course, excellent, but the Noto beef sashimi side was particularly delicious. As it is a high-end restaurant, the menu is not particularly cheap, but considering the quality and quantity, I think it is good value for money. “ If you want to eat delicious Noto beef, go to Fuya. I would recommend it if you want people from outside the prefecture to try Noto beef. We visited for a celebration for my parents. They even prepared a special dessert plate, and it was a very meaningful dinner party. There are separate table seating areas for course menus like steak, and yakiniku seating for enjoying yakiniku. You can enjoy delicious Noto beef for different occasions, so you can choose steak for celebratory occasions like anniversaries and birthdays, and yakiniku for banquets like New Year's parties. I definitely recommend having the steak rare. Personally, I recommend the chateaubriand fillet, which is less greasy than sirloin and has just the right amount of marbling, making it easy to eat. If you can't eat meat, they also have a seafood menu. I especially recommend the homemade shrimp cream croquette. The crispy batter is filled with rich, flavorful shrimp cream and is absolutely delicious. It could even be served as a main course. The staff are polite, making your meal a pleasant experience. The restrooms are bright, clean, and have a calming atmosphere. The prices are reasonable as they serve carefully selected meat, but this restaurant serves delicious Noto beef. ”

“ At the request of a friend from the Kanto region, I reserved the Noto Beef Shabu-Shabu course. At 9,900 yen, it was a bit on the budget, but my friend raved about the Noto Beef prosciutto, seared beef, roast beef, shabu-shabu main course, and vegetables, so I'm glad I went with it. It paired perfectly with the ponzu sauce. The included condiments were green onions, grated maple leaves, and lemon, but the green onions were delicious enough on their own. “ I visited a steak restaurant that specializes in Noto beef for lunch. I was intrigued by the beef sashimi, beef prosciutto, and shrimp and scallop saute, so I ordered them. I've eaten meat at a variety of restaurants, so I wasn't expecting much, but I was looking forward to the unusual side dishes. The sashimi and prosciutto were absolutely delicious. It's a menu item that you won't find at many other restaurants, so it was exquisite. I think the beef sashimi is also delicious with salt, so I thought it would be nice if they served salt as well. The steak wasn't Noto beef, but a steak lunch. 40g each of sirloin, aitchbone, and thigh. The thigh was delicious, but the aitchbone was quite oily and not so great... The sirloin was average. The shrimp and scallop saute were lightly seasoned. To put it in a positive way, it allowed you to enjoy the flavor of the ingredients. Personally, it was too lightly seasoned. The Noto beef hamburger steak and Noto beef croquette, as well as the hamburger steak sauce, were both light in flavor. The croquette sauce was on the thicker side... The steak sauce was delicious. The atmosphere of the restaurant was fairly casual. Is this a high-end or casual restaurant? I'm not sure. The beef sashimi and prosciutto were excellent, so I'm giving it 4 stars. Other than that, I feel like the food doesn't justify the price, so I'll give it 3.5 stars. ”
